Slow Wine Fair

Slow Wine Fair, the exhibition of good, clean and fair wine, returns for its second edition at Bologna Fiere from February 26 to 28, 2023. During the first edition in 2022, a remarkable 6,000 wine lovers, buyers and professionals had visited the 542 wineries that arrived from Italy and 19 other countries around the world.

This year will bring some great new features, including a space dedicated to spirits and a sustainability partners' area with technological solutions, facilities, equipment and services related to the wine supply chain.

Specifically, on February 26, the event will focus on wine enthusiasts and professionals, offering tastings of the labels on display and a rich program of conferences, meetings and in-depth discussions; on the other hand, the 27th and 28th are entirely dedicated to restaurateurs, wine merchants, importers, distributors, chefs and sommeliers, with a selection of the best Italian and international wineries, accumulated by the use of virtuous production methods in the vineyard and in the cellar.
