MAMbo make its spaces available to subjects who want to organize private events, offering their guests an artistic and cultural surrounding of great interest and an experience of greater value thanks to the encounter with contemporary art.
Companies, institutions and private citizens can promote their image by organizing at MAMbo: conventions, meetings, conferences, business meetings, product launches, refresher courses, refreshments, dinners, …
MAMbo will coordinate the organization of the event in order to arrange and customize every aspect of it.
The conference room and the foyer are the available spaces in which events can be hosted. The exhibition rooms are dedicated to visits and various activities.
During museum's opening hours, MAMbo allows the use of the conference hall only, keeping the normal to the public in the foyer and in the exhibition rooms.
For coffee breaks and lunches during these hours, it possible to contact the adjacent bar/restaurant Ex Forno.
Evening events can be organized with an extraordinary opening of the museum on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7.00 pm; on Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 pm.
Events which require more extended hours can be organized on Monday, when the museum is closed to the public.
For a customized event
MAMbo proposes itself as an original location where one can personalize an event thanks to:
- the experience of the Education Department, which will organize guided visits, meetings and workshops dedicated to creativity and contemporary art;
- the reserved access to the Permanent Collection and to temporary exhibitions;
- art catalogues Edizioni MAMbo;
- merchandising MAMbo;
- buffets, cocktail parties and dinners, in collaboration with the bar/restaurant Ex Forno, adjacent to MAMbo.
