Festival del Lavoro 2023 aims in its 14th edition to take an in-depth look at the world of work in its entirety, with a specific focus on the aspects that are most driving its change, appealing to skills and innovation.

It will discuss the skills to be acquired, to be updated and to be innovated that will become increasingly central to the dynamics of business development and workers' training paths. A key question will be how Artificial Intelligence, digitization and robotics are profoundly changing work methods and styles, but also professional profiles and specializations, posing entirely new challenges from an organizational, regulatory, ethical and cultural perspective.

The three-day event, scheduled in Bologna at the Bologna Congress Center, June 29-July 1, 2023, will be an opportunity to investigate these issues and understand how to innovate the future of work itself.
