What benefits are you entitled to?

HOTELS

For DS World 2026, we offer discounted rates on hotel bookings: simply book through this site by entering your stay dates*, the number of rooms and guests. By following the booking steps, you will reach the final confirmation.

The discounted rates are valid only for stays from October 1 to 4.

TRANSPORTS

Congress Card holders will benefit from offers on high-speed trains.

  • 40% off with Italo, in 1st Class (Flex Rate)
Transport offers can be activated by sending a request email well in advance to agenzia@bolognawelcome.it (office hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.), specifying that you are a card holder and attaching the card visual.

MERCHANDISING

By presenting this card at our city center info point (Piazza Maggiore, 1/e) and at our bookshops, delegates can enjoy special discounts on Bologna Welcome merchandising:

  • 20% off on all “è Bologna” merchandise 
  • 10% off on all other merchandise
  • 5% discount on all publishing products

How to properly use the discount code: choose the experience, click “Book Now,” select a date between September 30 and October 5, 2026, a departure time and the number of participants (on "Full price" ticket) and add to cart. After clicking "Checkout", select “Apply discount or gift codes,” enter the code and press “Check”. Finally, select the discounted rate, enter your e-mail and complete the purchase.

RESTAURANTS, BARS & WELLNESS FACILITIES

The Congress Card gives you access to a 10% discount at affiliated bars, restaurants, and spa facilities, both in the historic city centre and in the exhibition district. Simply show your card to the venue staff to obtain the discount.
