Fondazione Collegio Artistico Venturoli
5 Meeting Rooms
The Venturoli College Foundation was established in 1826 thanks to the bequest of the Bolognese architect Angelo Venturoli (1749–1821), as a place of study and training for young talents in the visual arts and architecture. The Foundation continues its mission by awarding, through open calls, artists’ studios within the institution.
It is housed in a late 17th-century frescoed palace in Bologna’s historic centre and preserves the founder’s archive, art collections, a plaster cast gallery (gipsoteca) and a 19th-century painting gallery, open by appointment. Indoor and outdoor spaces, including an accessible garden, host cultural activities, exhibitions and events—an exceptional setting for special occasions, with a private consecrated chapel ideal for ceremonies and weddings.
